The “Apart-Hotel” formula combines the convenience and freedom of a holiday in an apartment, with the advantages presented by the hotel services such as breakfast, change of linen, reception service, the opportunity to dine at the “La Caletta” bar-bistrot, and to take advantage of the private beach just a few metres from the apartment.
Apart-hotel “Bolognese” offers one-, two- and three-room units of various sizes, all with lake view, some with garden and others with balcony, fully furnished and provided with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Our guests are able to leave their cars in the car park or in our free garage and can easily walk to the centre of town along the beautiful lakeside promenade, which passes right in front of the property.
